Manning Fulton Partner, Nicole Loeffler, Honored By Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women
May 3, 2017
Manning Fulton congratulates Nicole Loeffler for receiving Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women’s (TCREW’s) “Excellence Award” at its 19th Annual Champion Awards luncheon, held last week.
In receiving the Excellence Award, Loeffler was recognized by a panel of independent experts as the TCREW member who best exemplifies the mission of giving back to the organization, promoting and making connections for other TCREW members, enhancing the industry by advocating for women, and mentoring those new to or interested in commercial real estate.
Loeffler received the award for her work on behalf of client, Warren Oil Company, LLC, in 2016. Specifically, in leading the effort to resolve multiple real estate matters in connection with the closing of a multi-million dollar senior credit facility, Loeffler leveraged the CREW network to find and retain local counsel in five states. As a result, five of the six attorney-teams working on the transaction included at least one female attorney.
A member of Manning Fulton’s Real Estate practice, Loeffler serves as general real estate counsel for clients with multiple properties located across the United States. Loeffler’s practice includes a focus on land acquisition and construction loans for residential communities and commercial development, including hotel development. She also has experience with data centers, solar thermal facilities, and biomass projects. A graduate of the Honors College at the University of Oregon and the University of North Carolina School of Law, she has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Apex Chamber of Commerce, and is actively engaged with Preservation North Carolina and Triangle Land Conservancy.
Ms. Loeffler is honored to work with clients like Warren Oil Company, and is grateful to all those at Warren Oil Company who supported her nomination.
